Indicating preparation MHY 740 is an accessory to the linear smoke detector MHG 664. It is placed in a plastic box with protection either IP 40 or IP 54, intended for mounting on a wall.
Indicating preparation allows transfer of information about the detector’s state to a place accessible by the operator. The Indicating preparation is permanently connected to the detector with a cable and it allows signalling of alarm condition of the detector. After removing of the cover it allows connection of an addressing preparation MHY 536 or MHY 537 for control and setting of the detector.
Indicating preparation is made in two variants:
- MHY 740.286 - Indicating preparation IP 40
- MHY 740.276 - Indicating preparation IP 54
